He was born in 1964 in Ankara. He graduated from TED Ankara College in 1981 and from METU Mechanical Engineering Department in 1985. Then, in 1989, he completed his master's degree in Engineering Sciences at the University of Alabama, USA.
After 25 years of professional management duty, he retired from INOKSAN Industrial Kitchen Inc. in 2019. He is currently working as a consultant in the same sector.
Between 2003 and 2013, he held various positions in TED Ankara College Alumni Association, including President. He also serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the TED Ankara College Foundation.
