M. Kutluhan Olcay

Kutluhan Olcay¸ graduated from TED Ankara College in 1993. He holds a BA in International Relations from Bilkent University. He has more than 20 years of experience in the oil and gas industry primarily in the upstream.

He has worked as a senior manager in International Projects, Corporate Communication, Audit and Strategy; in the fields of corporate planning, financial analysis, strategic planning, portfolio management, risk assessment, asset management, project management, quality management, internal audit, corporate communications, social responsibility, government affairs.

Besides his technical profession, Olcay is also interested in education, event management and marketing.

He has been holding the title of Board Member of World Petroleum Council Turkish National Committee, since 2004. He is the member of Congress Programme Committee of World Petroleum Council. 

Within the family of the Turkish Education Association; Olcay, has served as a board member of the Turkish Education Association, TED Ankara College Alumni Association, TED Ankara Kolejliler Sports Club, Genç Kolejliler Sports Club, TED Malatya College. He was the Founding Chairman of the TED Alumni Associations Federation, founding board member of the Bodrum Ankara Kolejliler Association, President of the TED Ankara College Alumni Association held their duties.

He is married and is the father of two children.
