Legal environment of a business,fundamental legal principles and processes. Contracts. Legal forms of business association. Intellectual property rights. Law of unfair competition and labor. Business ethics at individual and organizational level.
Course Objectives

The aim of this course is to explore fundamental concepts in business ethics and law.
