Catalog Description
Concept of business ethics at individual and organizational level. Ethical awareness. Business ethics’ impact on decision making processes and global economy. Conflict resolution models.
Course Objectives
This course examines business ethics both at individual and organizational level. The course aims to increase students’ ethical awareness. Business ethics’ impact on decision making processes is examined and students are encouraged to make ethical decisions. Models that are used in conflict resolution are also studied.
Software Usage
Students will use MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, Powerpoint) to work on their weekly assignments about 2 hours a week.
