Catalog Description
Basic concepts of leadership. Motivation, decision making processes, group dynamics, conflict resolution, leadership and motivation theories from the management perspective. Applications of these theories educational institutions.
Course Objectives
Bu dersin amacı temel liderlik kavramlarını ve motivasyon konularını yönetim bakış açısından değerlendirmek ve eğitim kurumları yönetimindeki uygulamalarını incelemektir.
Software Usage
Bu derste öğrenciler, MS Office uygulamalarını haftalık ödevleri ve projeleri için yaklaşık haftada 2 saat kullanacaklardır.
