She was born in 1979 in Holland. She studied in Norway, Brazil and Ankara during Primary, Secondary and High School. She completed her B.A. at Hacettepe University, Department of English Language and Literature in 2000. She got her M.A. in English Literature from Middle East Technical University in 2007. She worked as an English teacher at TED Ankara College Foundation High School from 2002 to 2007 and as an instructor at Atılım University Preparatory School from 2008 to 2012. She worked at TED University from 2012 to 2014 and held several posts, such as an instructor, level developer and Head of Curriculum and Program Development. In September 2015, she started to work at TED University as a part-time instructor. Since 2016, she has been working at TED University as a full-time instructor. She completed DELTA, Module 2 in 2017.
