Prof. Dr. Hikmet Erhan Güven was born in Ankara in 1977 and graduated from TED Ankara College in 1995. He earned his medical degree in 2001 and became a specialist in general surgery in 2006. In 2013, he completed an associate degree in Health Institutions Management.
He has served as a general surgeon and hospital administrator in Nizip, Kırıkkale, and Ankara.
Dr. Güven is currently a faculty member at the Department of Surgical Medicine – General Surgery, University of Health Sciences, Gülhane SUAM.
He also serves as the Chief Physician of the General Hospital and practices as a general surgeon at Ankara Etlik City Hospital.
Prof. Dr. Hikmet Erhan Güven is married and has one child.
