Aytaj Aliyeva completed her undergraduate studies in the Department of Psychology at TED University, while simultaneously and successfully pursuing a secondary field in Business Administration. She graduated with the highest honors, ranking first in the University, first in the Faculty of Arts and Sciences, and first in her department.

Within the scope of the Erasmus+ Programme, she studied at Jagiellonian University in Poland, where she gained international academic experience and further developed her competencies in intercultural communication and global perspectives.

Throughout her university education, she undertook active roles within TED University. Between 2022 and 2024, she served as a volunteer student assistant at the Teaching and Learning Center, and from 2023 to 2025, she continued her service as a volunteer student assistant at the Office of Student Coordination. Under the umbrella of the International Student Network, she assumed the presidency of Erasmus Student Network TEDU from 2023 to 2025 and, as of 2025, continues her service as the President of the Board of Auditors.

As of October 2025, she has been working as an Officer at TED University’s International Programs Office, where she takes an active role in the coordination of international exchange programs, institutional partnerships, and student mobility processes.
