Betül Sezer Kızıltepe

Betül Sezer Kızıltepe was born in Ankara in 1990. She completed her undergraduate studies in the Department of International Relations at Gazi University in 2014. She received her master’s degree in Human Resources Management and Career Counseling from Ankara University in 2020.

Between 2015 and 2023, she worked at IDP Education Consultancy and Education Services Ltd., where she undertook various roles in the organization of IELTS examinations and concluded her tenure as a Senior Test Centre Administrator. During this period, she played an active role in operational management, exam security, team coordination, and quality assurance processes.

Selected from among international test centre administrators, she was appointed to the IELTS Test Centre Group (TCAG) and contributed to strategic initiatives aimed at improving IELTS examination systems and operational workflows in 2023.

As of March 2024, she has been working as a Specialist at TED University Career Center / Alumni Office. In her current role, she manages alumni data and reporting processes and develops projects to strengthen alumni engagement and enhance communication within the alumni network.
