Çağrım Koçer was born in 1993, in Ankara. He received a bachelor's degree in 2016 from TED University Department of Architecture at which he started in 2012. Right after the graduation he began the Urban Design' graduate program at Middle East Technical University (METU) Department of City and Regional Planning. He is the visual editor and founder of the ongoing publication, THE VOID MAG. His graduate education still continues.
