C. Büşra ERTONG, born in Ankara in 1986, graduated with a bachelor's degree in Econometrics from the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences at Gazi University in 2008, with a double major in Economics. In 2011, she completed the Gazi University Econometrics Master's Program with a thesis titled "Estimation of Factors Affecting Conditional Cash Transfer Assistance in Turkey Using Logistic Regression Analysis." She is currently pursuing her doctoral studies in the same program. Her academic interests include strategic management, project management, social policy, poverty, and spatial econometrics.

From 2009 to 2018, she worked as a researcher at TÜBİTAK – BİLGEM – Software Technologies Institute. During this period, she served as a business analyst, digital transformation expert, and assistant project manager in projects related to digital policy development, digital transformation, software, and social R&D for public institutions. She gained experience in project management, process management, business analysis and requirements management, risk management, qualitative and quantitative data analysis with end-users (Current Situation Analysis, Needs Identification and Solution Finding, Stakeholder Analysis, Econometric - Statistical Modeling, Qualitative Data Analysis, Quantitative Data Analysis, Survey Design, etc.), strategy planning and change management.

From July 2018 to February 2020, she conducted various activities related to the Quality Management System as a Quality Specialist in Quality Assurance and Analysis Unit. As of February 2020, she has been appointed as the Institutional Development Office Manager, continuing her duties towards achieving a corporate and sustainable development environment. Additionally, she serves as an evaluator in Institutional External Evaluation Programs conducted by the Turkish Higher Education Quality Council (YÖKAK). She holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) designation and the ISO9001: 2005 Lead Auditor certification.
