Emel Adıgüzel

As a professional with 10 years of experience in the private sector, she has shaped her career through the knowledge and skills gained across various industries. After graduating from the Landscape Technician Program at Sakarya University, she completed her bachelor's degree in Business Administration at Anadolu University.

Throughout her educational journey and professional career, she has continuously developed herself in areas such as entrepreneurship, research, coordination, and self-motivation, acquiring a diverse set of competencies.

Since May 2019, she has been working at the Research, Technology and Innovation Directorate (ATID) of TED University. She initially joined the institution as an Administrative Assistant and, since 2023, has continued her role under the title of Operations Specialist.

Within RTID, she actively contributes to projects and administrative processes carried out under both internal and external funding programs. Her responsibilities include monitoring national and international funding calls, coordinating reporting processes, and supporting university–industry collaboration activities.
