H. Meltem Ferendeci Özgödek
An academic and professional with extensive experience in both industry and academia, she has long been engaged in the fields of Human Resources Management, Career Management, and Business Ethics. She served as a Lecturer at Bilkent University from 1994 to 2012, where she taught courses including Human Resources Management, Organizational Behavior, Principles of Marketing, Marketing Management, Business Administration, Consumer Behavior, and Public Relations. In 2010, alongside her academic responsibilities, she worked as the Administrative Coordinator to the Vice Rector for Student Affairs. She has participated in project evaluation processes at the European Commission in Brussels as an Independent External Expert during various periods.
Since 2016, she has been serving as a Part-Time Lecturer in the Department of Business Administration at TED University (TEDÜ), delivering courses such as Human Resources Management, Career Management, and Business Ethics. In the Master’s Program in Educational Institutions Management, she teaches Human Resources Management. As of 2025, she has also begun teaching Industrial and Organizational Psychology in the Department of Psychology. She has also served as a member of the Advisory Board of the Department of Business Administration.
Within the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, she has coordinated the planning and implementation of “Preparation for Professional Life Activities.” She also contributes to training initiatives conducted under the TEDÜ Center for Gender Studies.
She is one of the authors of the book Human Resources Management, published by Nobel Academic Publishing, with editions released in 2014, 2016, and 2022. In 2023, she authored Career Management: Career Approaches from Past to Present and Career Changes During the Global Pandemic Period.
Her corporate consultancy work continues in the form of training and organizational development services in Strategic Human Resources Management, Corporate Communication, Career Management, and Ethics Management.
She has been an active member of PERYÖN (Turkish People Management Association), serving at various times on the Executive and Audit Boards of the Central Anatolia Branch, and has also held the position of Ethics Representative. She is a member of the TED Ankara College Alumni Association.
