TED University Director of Information Technology, Umut RODOPLU has contributed a chapter of the book “SAP for Universities – Strategies and Solutions of the 16th Higher Education & Research User Group Symposium, Lausanne, Switzerland” which has been published by EPFL Press.16th HERUG – Higher Education and Research User Group meeting has been held in April 2013 and the book collects the proceedings of the major themes and the results of this meeting that could be of interest to the Universities that are already using or planning to use SAP solutions.
