Are You Ready to Change The World?
Hult Prize is an idea launched in 2009 to change the world and acted with the support of key partners such as the Clinton Global Initiative in a short time. The contest is held today at more than 1,000 universities around the world and is considered the world's largest social entrepreneurship competition. The competition is hosted by the United Nations (UN), and each year a topic is declared by the United Nations, addressing the world's problems, as announced by Bill Clinton. It is expected university students set up companies that also find innovative solutions to these problems.
This contest was shown by TIME Magazine and Bill Clinton as one of the top five initiatives that changed the world. Hult Prize, the most prestigious student competition in the world and shown as Nobel Prize for students.
This year for the 2nd time, TED University will be one of the universities where the Hult Prize’s campus foot will take place. The group that finds the best solution to the problem that Bill Clinton has announced will be determined by the juries in the event that will take place at our university and will be directly entitled to participate in the world regional finals.
Regional Semi-Final Rounds of the 10th Anniversary Hult Prize will be held in more than 25 locations around the world. Regional programs and summits will be held between March 1st and April 30th depending on the location. All events will take place between Fri-Sunday. The winning team from each regional will be guaranteed an invitation to our game-changing, 6-week summer accelerator for the chance to pitch for $USM at UN Headquarters in NYC.
