Mustafa Kutluhan Olcay

He has held executive roles in the petroleum and energy sector in the areas of International Project Management, Corporate Governance, Investor Relations, Negotiation, Corporate Risk Management, Media Relations, Internal Communication, Public Affairs, Corporate Relations, and Brand Communication. He has provided organizational consultancy to the Board of Directors and senior management and has actively contributed to strategic decision-making processes.

Having worked in the private sector and international non-governmental organizations, he has offered insights into the functioning of political systems and provided guidance on public policy and advocacy. By representing corporate values and culture, he has undertaken the mission of strengthening core competencies and supporting institutions in achieving their strategic objectives.

As of February 2024, he has been serving as the Secretary General of TED Üniversitesi.

Additionally, since 1998, he has held various positions within Türk Eğitim Derneği and its affiliated institutions.
