Sercan N. Demirdelen

Born in Ankara in 1982, Sercan N. Demirdelen holds an associate degree in Computer Programming from Osmangazi University and a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Anadolu University. In 2012, She completed his Master’s degree in Human Resources Management within the Department of Business Administration at Ufuk University’s Institute of Social Sciences.

Demirdelen began her professional career as a computer teacher between 2004 and 2005. Later, from 2006 to 2012, she served as the Administrative Staff Supervisor at the Personnel Department of Ufuk University.

She joined the TEDU family in 2017 as a Human Resources Specialist. She was promoted to Human Resources Supervisor in 2020 and was appointed as the Assistant Director of Human Resources in 2022.
