Turhan Serdar Bacaksız, born in Ankara in 1977, graduated from Gazi University Civil Engineering Department in 1999 and received his master's degree in Project Management from Baruch College (USA) in 2001; in 2003, he achieved his master's degree in Traffic Engineering at Ankara University.
Turhan Serdar Bacaksız joined Limak Group in 2001 as a manager, and his areas of responsibility included strategic planning and business development. He currently serves as Board Member at several Limak Group companies.
Bacaksiz serves as a Board of Trustees member of TED University. He is also a member of The Turkish Tourism Investors Association (TTYD); Executive Member of the Foreign Economic Relations Board (DEİK) Turkey - Russia Business Council; DEİK/ Turkey-Qatar Business Council and DEİK/ Turkey - Ukraine Business Council. Turhan Serdar Bacaksız, speaks English, Russian and Italian.
