T. Serdar Bacaksız

Turhan Serdar Bacaksız was born in Ankara in 1977. He graduated from Gazi University, Civil Engineering Department in 1999 and earned a Master’s degree in Project Management from Baruch College, USA in 2001. In 2003, he completed a Master’s degree in Traffic Engineering at Ankara University.

He joined Limak Group in 2001 as a manager, focusing on strategic planning and business development, and currently serves as a Board Member in several Limak Group companies.

Bacaksız is a Board of Trustees member at TED University. He is also actively involved in professional organizations, including The Turkish Tourism Investors Association (TTYD) and the Foreign Economic Relations Board (DEİK), where he serves as an Executive Member of the Turkey-Russia Business Council, the Turkey-Qatar Business Council, and the Turkey-Ukraine Business Council.

He is fluent in English, Russian, and Italian.
