TED University Rector Prof. İhsan Sabuncuoğlu, Vice-Rector Prof. Kemal Levend Parnas, and Dean of Faculty of Engineering Prof. Güney Özcebe visited Baku, Azerbaijan. During this visit, TED University signed a bilateral cooperation agreement (MoU) with Azerbaijan's well-established university, Azerbaijan State Pedagogical University, on 28 June 2022.
The partnership agreement includes the exchange of personnel and students, and joint scientific research projects.
