S. Selçuk Pehlivanoğlu
Selçuk Pehlivanoğlu was born in Ankara in 1963. He graduated from TED Ankara College in 1981. He graduated from Middle East Technical University Civil Engineering Department. He worked as a civil engineer in Germany for a while. He founded Sepe Construction and realized many projects.
In 1993, he founded the Motherland Party Volunteers Group and served as its Chairman. In 1997, he was appointed as Vice President of Organization. In 1998, he was elected as a member of the Central Executive Committee. Between 1999 and 2001, he served as Deputy Chairman and Head of Auxiliary Organizations. In 2002, he served as Vice President, Head of Electoral Affairs and Head of Volunteers Group.
Pehlivanoğlu has been serving as the President of the Turkish Education Association since 2003 and as the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of TED University since 2012. He is married and father of two children.
