Aslı Bal

Aslı Bal began her professional career in 1998, establishing a strong foundation in corporate communications and strategic relationship management through her academic background in Public Relations. From the early stages of her career, she took on active roles in public relations, corporate partnerships, sales, and organization management, gaining extensive hands-on experience in industry dynamics.

Leveraging over 25 years of professional expertise, Bal has transitioned her wealth of corporate knowledge into career counseling and talent management, serving as a vital bridge between the academic ecosystem and the professional world. Throughout her career, she has developed deep-seated competencies in strategic stakeholder management, organizational development, and the expansion of professional business networks.

Since 2020, Bal has been serving as the Director of the Career Center at TED University. In this role, she oversees the establishment of university-industry collaborations, the structuring of students' career planning processes, and the strengthening of ties between the business world and alumni. She continues to spearhead strategic initiatives aimed at preparing young talents for professional life and expanding the university's institutional network.
