Berna Şeran who was graduated from TED Ankara College in 1991, studied Business Administration in the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences at Hacettepe University. After her graduation in 1997, she entered work life in 1998 at Head Office of Yapı Kredi Bank in Istanbul. For 6 years time, besides working on the key functions of HR (Recruitment and Placement, Compesation &Benefits , Performans Evaluation and Motivation, Promotion Planning, Personnel Procedures) she had the chance for developing her profession in the area of training as well, which is her joy of interest. She involved in the study of “Computer Based Education System” and had a remarkeble progress on the so called branch by preparing and performing training sessions on the subject of Payroll System and Compensation. For the purpose of marriage she moved from İstanbul to Ankara in 2004. Afterwords, she evaluated her HR experience in Yörükler Dış Tic. A.Ş. (Yörsan) which is one of the leading companies in milky products, the Head Office being in Ankara and 13 Regional Offices all over Turkey. She both established and conducted the all functions of HR Department for 4 years as HR Manager. She had specialised in a sector other than Finance and Banking which is Food&Beverage Sector that had provide her a profession vision of various dynamics in all aspects of HR. After then, she worked in Yayla Agro Gıda San. ve Nak. A.Ş. which is a fast developing company on agricultural products. She worked in the establishment, configuration and adaption of all HR functions as HR Manager. Among all the companies from different sectors and structures, she had also a chance to experience “stages of transformation of a family company into an institutional one” which was the most satisfactory experience for her profession and ongoing career.
She joined the family of TED University as Human Resources Manager since February 2014 and she has a daughter.
