Burcu Karaca was born in Ankara. She had received her associate degree at Anadolu University Public Relations and Publicity program and her undergraduate degree at Anadolu University, International Relations program. She is currently attending her graduate studies at TED University Graduate School, Management In Educational Institutions.
Ms. Karaca started her career as VIP close protection security officer for Defense and Security Systems Industry Inc. an affiliate of Bilkent Holding. She worked as an assistant to Bilkent 2 Çamlık Site Operations Manager. She worked as Executive Director Assistant to the Administrative Affairs Secretariat in Market Investment Construction and Trade Inc. – an affiliate of Bilkent Holding. Ms. Karaca worked at Bilkent Holding for 17 years.
In all her administrative duties, she aimed to solve the problems in a short time and turn them into positive experiences, being focused on teamwork, and adopted a solution and human-oriented approach. She has followed new developments in her profession, and participated in numerous conferences and seminars.
She has been interested in all sorts of social responsibility projects. She believes in the universal language and the miraculous expression of art as well as the importance of sports for physical and spiritual development.
Burcu Karaca was appointed as the Administrative Assistant to the General Secretary of TED University in August 2014, and she has been serving as the Executive Assistant to the Board of Trustees and the Rectorate as of July 2015,
