Esra Tümer

In 2026, she graduated from the Department of Information and Records Management at Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University, ranking first in her department and third in her faculty.
During her undergraduate studies, she gained experience in the fields of academic and institutional information services through internships at the Ayşe Ilıcak Library at TED University and the TÜBİTAK Personnel Affairs Directorate.
As part of her professional development, she has developed an interest in user experience, digital transformation, and artificial intelligence applications, and served as a rapporteur at the 2025 workshop titled “University Libraries as Producers in the Digital Age: Challenges and Proposed Solutions.” Additionally, Esra TÜMER enhanced her knowledge and skills in project development and project management by participating in the ESC30 Project Writing Training organized by the Turkish National Agency. Between 2023 and 2026, she worked part-time as a sports consultant at Decathlon Sports Store, gaining experience in teamwork, a user-centered service approach, planning, and operations management.
As of August 2026, she has been working at the Ayşe Ilıcak Library at TED University.
