Gizem Türktan Yılmaz

Gizem TÜRKTAN YILMAZ graduated with a bachelor's degree from TED University Department of Guidance and Psychological Counseling in 2018.

Between 2019 and 2023, she worked as a Psychological Counselor at Bilfen Educational Institutions and Matfen Educational Institutions, where she gained experience in monitoring the individual development of students and employees, conducting competency analyses, and identifying needs.

In 2018, she worked as an intern in the Human Resources Department at TürkTraktör, where she took part in recruitment and interview processes. As part of an AIESEC volunteer social responsibility project, she organized and implemented educational English activities in different schools in Serbia.

Since January 2024, she has been working in the Human Resources Department at TED University.
