Born in 1989 in Isparta, Hande HANAY ATASAGUN completed her education at Ankara University, Department of Information and Document Management and completed her internships at Isparta Halil Hamit Pasha Public Library and Süleyman Demirel University Library. Atasağun, who attended many seminars, congresses and conferences related to her field, was entitled to receive certificates by attending various courses.
In 2013, she worked in the Cataloging and Classification Unit at Çanakkaleakkkale Onsekiz Mart University Library. In 2014, she started to continue her career at Başkent University Library.
Hande HANAY ATASAĞUN has been working as a Library Specialist at TED University Ayşe Ilıcak Library as of June, 2016.
