Hatice Yasemin Saraçyakupoğlu was born in Trabzon in 1984. She graduated from Mamak Anatolian High School. She received her University Education at Bilkent University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, the Department of Economics. She started to receive English education at highschool and continued at the University. Also she continued her education at St.Giles London Highgate at London and she gained the degree of Upper-Intermediate level of English. Hatice Yasemin Saraçyakupoğlu, who started her career in the private sector, joined TED University in September 2012 as a Financial Affairs Officer.
