He graduated from Hacettepe University, Department of Information and Document Management. He completed his internship at Mantis Software Consulting company. In 2014, he worked part-time at Bilkent University Library. He continues his Master's degree with thesis at Hacettepe University, Department of Information and Document Management.
In 2015, he studied at The Hague University of Applied Sciences in the Netherlands for a semester within the Erasmus program.
Haydar Tekin has been working at TED University Ayşa Ilıcak Library since October 2017.
