A. Kartal Usluel

He was born in 1964 in Ankara. In 1981, he graduated from TED Ankara College and in 1985 he graduated from Middle East Technical University, Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering.  He received his master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Syracuse University (USA) in 1987.  In 1991-1992, he completed the Master of Business Administration for Managers program at Middle East Technical University, Department of Business Administration.

He is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of USLUEL group companies operating in the energy sector.  He is currently a member of the Board of Directors of the Turkish Contractors Association (TMB) and a member of the Board of Directors of the Electromechanical Industrialists Association (EMSAD).

Since 1998, he has served on the Board of Directors and Audit Boards of TED Ankara College Alumni Association, Turkish Education Association, TED Ankara College Foundation.  He is married with two children.
