Nazlı Fidan Dalkılıç graduated from Middle East Technical University, Faculty of Education, Department of Foreign Language Education in 2011. She got her CELTA certificate from Cambridge University in 2012. In 2018, she got her Master's degree in Human Resources Development in Education at METU. She also received her Master’s degree in Sociology of Education (Eng) at Ankara University in 2021.
In 2011, she worked as a Comenius language assistant for an academic year in Czech Republic. She started working as an English Language instructor at Istanbul Kemerburgaz University in September, 2012. She taught English in each level in preparatory school, prepared course materials, and worked at proficiency and testing unit.
She has been working at TED University since September, 2015. She has worked in Material Development, Testing and English Proficiency Exam Units in English Language School and she has been teaching English in all levels.
