Therapeutic conditions. Therapeutic skills. Concepts and principles of group counseling. Group process. Skills and techniques in group counseling. Phases of group. Group dynamics. Therapeutic forces. Resistance. Transference. The clients who have emotional difficulties. Task of the group leader.
Course Objectives

This course aims to provide a framework for the concepts and principles of group counseling, group process, skills and conditions in counseling, phases of group, group dynamics, coping with transference and resistance, coping with the clients who have emotional difficulties.

  5. explain to cope with transference and resistance in groups,
  6. list the clients with emotional difficulties and cope with these difficulties.
