Catalog Description
New trends in educational technology. Theory and practice of technology enhanced learning. Use of educational technology in face-to-face education setting. Technologically enhanced learning ecosystems. Discovery of new challenges and opportunities in educational technology field. Recent tools and technologies in Educational Technology. Management and enhancement of face-to-face and online learning with Educational Technologies.
Course Objectives

This course aims to provide a comprehensive approach about recent trends and applications in Educational Technology. The content and activities have been designed considering recent technologies for instance Artificial Intelligence, Big Data, Collaborative technology, Mixed reality, STEM-STEAM, Digital Media, and Wearables. This course also improves students’ vision on dealing with cases such as disabilities, diversity, and inclusiveness through Educational Technologies. The overall goal is to enable learners to think, to plan, to discuss, and act with the knowledge they gained in this course.
