Catalog Description
Use of digital technologies in virtual classroom setting. Differences between traditional and online classroom management strategies. Components of digital classroom. Appropriate tools for creating a digital classroom for a specific teaching goal. Evaluation of digital classroom environments. Overview of traditional classroom management. Roles and responsibilities of teachers in both face-to-face and online learning settings.
Course Objectives

This course aims to provide an overview of teaching in digital classroom environment as well as how to design and manage online learning settings. The content of the course is designed considering the ongoing developments in online learning and digital technologies and how to apply them as learning solutions. The goal is to enable students manage the digital classrooms they designed and implicated for a variety of learning scenarios.
