Catalog Description
Concepts of ‘aesthetics’ and perception. Values of ecology and environmental consciousness. Somatic relations and conducts related to culture. Comprehension of environmental values as primary issues of urban and architectural practice and design.
Course Objectives

The course aims to introduce students with skills, degree of involvement and modes of critical and creative thinking, concerning aesthetics, environmental values, ecology and similar issues and phenomena.

Course Learning Outcomes

Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:

1) Understand the idea of aesthetics and its conceptions,

2) Develop a background about role of human body in relation to nature and aesthetics,

3) Grasp ideas about understanding importance of aesthetics in human development,
4) Develop a sense about reflecting, reading and writing about and representing works.
