Catalog Description
Relationship between working life and socio-economic and political systems; industrial psychology and field of study; communication patterns, motivation between group and group behaviors, problems of productivity, industrial democracy and participation in governance and their scientific methods.
Course Objectives
To have a knowledge about counseling practice in industrial and organisational settings.
Course Learning Outcomes
Students will be able to:
- State the descriptions and relationship between working life and socio-economic and political systems;
- Integrate industrial psychology and field of study
- Use knowledge about communication patterns,
- Produce methods for supporting motivation between group and group behaviors
- Construct possible solutions to problems of productivity, industrial democracy and participation in governance and their scientific methods.
