To have a practical knowledge about life-span career development.

Students will be able to:

1. Identify career development as a dynamic process based on continuous and unpredictable change of individual and business life

2. Uses approaches and assistance services for lifelong career development

3. State strategies that can be applied in educational and industrial institutions.

4. Explains client’s lifespan developmental stages and roles

5. Employ proper approach and technique considering clients lifespan career development.
