Basic concepts and principles of law. Social order rules and the similarities and differences of law among them. Sources of law and the hierarchy of these sources. Different legal systems, their characteristics. The place of Turkish Law among the legal systems. Branches of law. Concept of person and types of persons (real persons and legal persons). Capacity of persons. Turkish judicial system. Alternative dispute resolution and methods.
