Pınar Şener Harput

Pınar Şener Harput is the Chief People, Culture & Sustainability Officer / Executive Board Member at ATU Duty Free. She graduated from TED Ankara College (1989) and Hacettepe University, Department of Translation and Interpreting, and completed her MBA at Marmara University.

She began her career in 1993 at Çelebi Ground Handling Inc., Training and Quality Department, and subsequently held specialist, managerial, director, and senior executive positions at Eczacıbaşı Pharmaceuticals, TAV Airports Holding, and ISS Turkey. She has also actively contributed to civil society organizations, including serving as an Executive Board Member of TEGEP and participating in TOG.

An optimist passionate about everything she undertakes, Pınar has dedicated 32 years to human resources, management systems, and communications, including 25 years in the aviation industry—a sector she loves. Her responsibilities have recently expanded to include Sustainability. In her free time, she enjoys spending time outdoors, swimming, shopping, reading, and watching crime series and movies. She is the mother of Hira and Luna, her beloved pet.
