Sevgican Bayar was born in Ordu in 1980. She completed her high school education. She began her professional career in 2012 at Atalian Global Services and joined the TED University family in 2015. Since 2024, she has been working as an Administrative Affairs Officer in the Administrative Affairs Directorate. She is married and a mother of two children.
