Sinem Güravşar Gökçe

Dr. Sinem Güravşar Gökçe holds a B.S. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Bilkent University (2004), an M.S. in Engineering Management from Middle East Technical University (2007), and a Ph.D. in Management and Organization from İnönü University (2014). Her academic and applied work spans organizational behavior, social innovation, social entrepreneurship, social impact, and public sector innovation — the latter earning her the 2019 TTGV Fikret Yücel Innovation Award.
With over two decades of cross-disciplinary, cross-sector experience at the intersection of the private sector, public institutions, academia, and civil society, Dr. Gökçe has held roles including project coordinator, development specialist, and faculty member at various universities. She has also founded her own training and consulting firm, and has been an active volunteer with several civil society organizations. Her earlier institutional affiliations include Bilkent University, Roketsan, ABİGEM, Fırat Development Agency, and İnönü University.
Since September 2018, she has been associated with İstasyon TEDU Social Innovation Center — first as Projects Coordinator (2018–2020) and subsequently as Manager. She also plays an active role in the Social Entrepreneurship Network Association (TSGA-TSEN), of which TED University is a founding member. Her current work focuses on building multi-stakeholder partnerships at national and international levels, designing social impact-driven programs, and advancing collective impact approaches.
