Tolgahan Tosun

After graduating from the Department of Industrial Design at TOBB University of Economics and Technology, he worked as an industrial designer and design manager across diverse sectors, including toy design, consumer electronics, furniture, mobility, and the defense industry.

With the support of TÜBİTAK 1512, he established a start-up in the field of electric micro-mobility, gaining substantial experience in product development, team management, and project leadership. In the same year, he was honored as the “Young Entrepreneur Designer of the Year” at Design Week Turkey. To date, he has received more than twelve national and international design awards.

Since 2019, Tosun has served as Chairman of the Board of ENTA (Industrial Designers’ Society of Turkey). In parallel, through his consultancy firm, he provides product development and design services to technology-driven international start-ups.

He has contributed as a speaker and jury member at platforms such as Innovation Week Turkey, Good Design İzmir, Design Hub Istanbul, and Kadir Has University & Mercedes Benz joint events, as well as design competitions including Hayalimdeki Işık. His current research and practice focus on the role of VR/AR, artificial intelligence, and additive manufacturing technologies in design.
