Tuğçe Çetinkaya received her undergraduate degree from Başkent University, Department of Political Science and International Relations, and her master's degree from Middle East Technical University, Department of Gender and Women Studies. She continues her PhD education at Middle East Technical University, Department of Sociology, and works as an assistant specialist at TED University Center for Gender Studies.
