Tuğçe Özçelik

Tuğçe Özçelik, completed her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration(English) at Hacettepe University in 2011, followed by a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from the same university in 2016. 

Having started her career in 2011, she possesses 14 years of experience in the field of Human Resources across various sectors. In addition to core HR functions, she has played an active role in recruitment, performance management and organizational development/restructuring processes. 

Since April 2026, she has been serving as a Manager reporting to the Director of Human Resources at TED University.
