The climate is changing—but how are cities and planning practices responding to this change?
As part of the pre-COP31 event series, the online panel titled “The Climate Is Changing, What Are We Doing? — Towards COP31: Alternative Approaches for Cities and Climate” will bring together urban planners to discuss climate-responsive planning, green infrastructure, nature-based solutions, and the role of cities on the COP31 agenda.
During the discussion session, we aim to explore these issues in greater depth through the questions and contributions of participants, creating a shared platform for dialogue.
We will come together on Thursday, October 15, 2026, at 2:30 PM to discuss how cities can be reimagined through the lens of climate resilience, adaptation, and transformation, as well as the role planning practices can play in this process. 🍃
