Our University is opening a new space in Ulus, Ankara to support stakeholders in the technology development, innovation, and entrepreneurship ecosystem.

Within the scope of the protocol signed by the Mayor of Ankara Metropolitan Municipality, Mansur Yavaş, and the Rector of TED University, Prof. Dr. İhsan Sabuncuoğlu, an approximately 1,000 m² area is being structured to host R&D and innovation activities for entrepreneurs with technology-based business ideas.

In this context, the space is designed to bring together early-stage and incubation-stage startups, research and technology-oriented companies, and teams developing innovative business ideas.

With a total capacity of approximately 20–25 startups and companies, the facility will allocate independent units to entrepreneurs, creating a sustainable and synergistic working environment.

Commenting on the initiative, TED University Rector Prof. Dr. İhsan Sabuncuoğlu stated:
“As a university, we prioritize building an ecosystem that transforms knowledge into societal benefit, supports entrepreneurship, and fosters collaborations that respond to the needs of our time. With this initiative in Ulus, we are creating a strong development space for entrepreneurs and taking our vision for technology development one step further.”

Located in the heart of Ulus, this facility is set to become a significant platform that supports university–industry collaboration and promotes entrepreneurship. Our University is also continuing its efforts to grant this space official status as a technology development center.
