Unfolding Layers of Social Entrepreneurship in Türkiye

Researchers from TED University’s Center for Social Innovation (İstasyonTEDU), Aslı Aygüneş, Elif Muratoğlu and Sinem Gökçe, published a chapter titled “Exploring the Ripple Effect: Social Cooperatives and Their Catalyzing Role in Socioeconomic Development” in the book titled “Unfolding Layers of Social Entrepreneurship in Türkiye.” 

Based on interviews with founders and active members of 16 social cooperatives from different regions of Türkiye, the study highlights cooperatives’ founding stories, organizational models, and the socioeconomic impact they create.
