Catalog Description

Communication, visualization and representation techniques in different mediums. Architectural representation methods, tools and techniques, expression methods of design ideas, architectural elements and formal attributes. Orthographic projection, free-hand drawing, architectural photography, communication models in the digital medium.

Course Learning Outcomes

1. understand the basic principles of graphic communication and conceptualize visual and graphic expression

2. produce two and three-dimensional architectural drawings and models

3. produce quality work; accurate and neat drawings and models, correct line hierarchy, line quality and lettering
