Catalog Description
The course aims to provide students with basic knowledge about legal issues of city planning and those related to public administration. The language of planning law is the core intent of the course. Legislations of zoning control, zoning tools, building procedures, urban regeneration, urban design and public services will be introduced. Especially the implemantional aspects of spatial planning is going to be discussed by local case studies as well as precedents in other countries. The students will also be instructed about the emergent issues and practices of judicial cases
