Course Objectives
The main objective of this course is to have knowledge about counseling practice in industrial and organizational settings.

Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:
describe the basic concepts in I/O psychology,
differentiate and integrate job analysis and performance appraisal procedures,
differentiate industrial and organizational topics,
explain theories of work motivation,
