Catalog Description
Analysis of organizational structure. Organizational effectiveness. Main organization theories and concepts. Internal processes of organizations. Organization culture, technology, and environment.
Course Objectives
The main objective of this course is to provide in-depth understanding of organizations and organizational effectiveness by introducing basic theories and concepts.
Software Usage
Students will use MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, Powerpoint) to work on their weekly assignments about 2 hours a week.
